Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns of sealed skincare items within 7 days of purchase.

To request a return:

  • Please email us a photo of the product along with a valid reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
  • If you wish to get a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

Important

  • Opened, unsealed, or potentially used items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
